Dating profile and preference information you choose to provide, such as age, gender, photos, bio, interests, languages, lifestyle tags, relationship goals, height, smoking and drinking preferences, children preferences, discovery settings, likes, passes, matches, blocks, reports, and dating chat status.
Content you create or upload, including posts, messages, comments, media, reactions, and related metadata, such as timestamps and media technical details.
Device and technical data, such as app version, device identifiers, operating system, settings, crash logs, push notification tokens, and purchase receipts or tokens to validate access.
Usage data, such as views, clicks, time in app, interactions, feature usage, moderation signals, and notification interactions.
We may infer approximate location, such as country or region, to operate the service, support analytics and measurement, prevent abuse or fraud, and comply with law.
If you grant location permission, Slyroze may collect precise location information while you are using location-based dating features. Location access is optional and can be disabled through your device settings. We use this information for dating profile location, distance filters, and nearby discovery. We do not collect background location through this feature.
Precise dating coordinates are used to calculate location-based features. We do not intend to show your exact latitude and longitude to other users, but other users may see city/country, approximate distance, or other location information you choose to provide unless you use available privacy controls.

We share information in limited ways to operate Slyroze:
Service providers, including Firebase for authentication, storage, and notifications; media hosting providers where applicable; Algolia for search where enabled; analytics and crash services; and Apple or Google for payments.
Legal, safety, and rights protection, including responding to lawful requests, enforcing our Terms, and protecting users and Slyroze.
Business transfers, if we engage in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
User content you post is visible according to your settings. Direct messages are private by default but may be reviewed if reported, flagged for safety, or legally required.
Dating profiles may be shown to other eligible users in discovery and matches according to your dating visibility settings and our safety systems. We may show profile details you choose to provide, such as photos, first name or display name, age if not hidden, city/country, interests, prompts, lifestyle fields, verification status, and approximate distance if not hidden.
Verification status and safety tools help support trust and moderation, but they do not guarantee that a user is safe, truthful, compatible, background-checked, or suitable to meet in person.
Users should use caution when communicating with or meeting people they discover through Slyroze. Slyroze does not conduct criminal background checks on users and cannot guarantee the identity, behaviour, or intentions of any user.
We may use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies to authenticate users, remember preferences, secure the service, and measure performance.
We retain information while your account is active and as needed to operate the service, protect safety, resolve disputes, and comply with law. Some data may remain in backups for a limited time after deletion.
Media you upload may be automatically deleted after a limited period to keep the platform fresh and manage storage where upload features are available. We may retain or preserve certain media or records longer where needed for safety, legal, or compliance reasons.
If you delete your dating profile, we remove your dating profile, preferences, settings, sent and received dating likes, dating swipe history, dating blocks, and active dating matches handled by the dating deletion flow, subject to limited retention for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, backups, and unresolved reports.
You can manage certain settings in the app:
Notification preferences and opt-outs where available.
Profile and privacy settings for visibility.
Dating controls such as pause dating, hide dating profile, hide age, hide distance, hide online status, hide read receipts, distance filters, and deleting your dating profile.
Mute, block, or report users and content.
We use automated tools and human review to keep Slyroze safe:
Scanning and filtering content for harmful or prohibited material.
Reviewing reports and flags to enforce our policies.
Restricting features, suspending, or terminating accounts for violations or safety risks.
Taking action to prevent evasion or repeat abuse.
Sharing limited information when needed to address safety or legal issues.
We may use reports, blocks, moderation history, account signals, device or technical signals, and dating interaction records to detect scams, harassment, evasion, unsafe behavior, and policy violations. This does not mean we screen every user or perform background checks.
Reports and enforcement actions may be logged for auditing, safety, and compliance.
Slyroze is strictly for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts or use dating features.
If we discover that a minor has created an account, we may remove the account and take appropriate safety actions.

Information may be processed and stored in the United States and other countries. We take steps to protect data in accordance with applicable law.

Types of partial deletion we support: We typically honor these requests when reasonable:
Removing specific posts, comments, or media you created.
Removing specific direct messages when both parties consent or when legally required.
Removing your profile photo or bio.
Deleting your dating profile and related dating preferences from the in-app dating controls where available.
Removing metadata that is not needed for safety, security, or compliance.
What we may keep: Even after removal, we may retain minimal data for safety and compliance:
Audit logs of moderation actions and reports.
Records needed to prevent fraud, abuse, or repeated violations.
Data required by law, dispute resolution, or safety protections.
Retention for safety and legal: We may retain limited data after deletion to comply with law, prevent abuse, and maintain security for a period of up to 180 days unless a longer period is required for legal, safety, or compliance reasons.
You can delete your account directly in the app from the menu. If you cannot access the app, email support@slyroze.com from your account email. We may retain minimal records for safety, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of Slyroze after changes means you accept the updated policy. We will note the effective date.
