Slyroze — Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Slyroze collects, uses, and shares information when you use slyroze.com or the Slyroze mobile app.
1. Information We Collect
• Account information you provide (name, username, email, age).
• Content you create or upload (posts, calls, messages, comments, media, reactions, votes), including associated metadata (such as timestamps and media technical details).
• Device and technical data (app version, device identifiers, operating system, settings, crash logs), plus push notification tokens and, where applicable, advertising identifiers and purchase receipts/tokens used to verify subscriptions.
• Usage data (views, clicks, time in app, interactions, feature usage, moderation signals, notification interactions).
• We may infer approximate location (such as country/region) to provide the service, for analytics/measurement, to support advertising (such as ad measurement or relevance), to prevent abuse/fraud, and to comply with law.
• Support or contact information when you reach out to us.
2. How We Use Information
• Operate, maintain, and improve Slyroze and its features.
• Protect safety, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms and policies.
• Personalize experiences such as feeds, recommendations, and notifications.
• Communicate about updates, security, and support.
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
3. Sharing & Disclosure
We share information in limited ways to operate Slyroze:
• Service providers (for example: Firebase for auth/storage and notifications, Cloudflare Stream for video, Microsoft Azure for moderation, Algolia for search, analytics and crash services). Payment processing is handled by Apple or Google, and identity verification may use Stripe Identity.
• Legal, safety, and rights protection (responding to lawful requests, enforcing our Terms, protecting users and Slyroze).
• Business transfers (if we engage in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale).
User content you post is visible according to your settings. Direct messages are private by default but may be reviewed if reported, flagged for safety, or legally required.
4. Cookies & Similar Technologies
We may use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies to authenticate users, remember preferences, secure the service, and measure performance.
5. Data Retention
We retain information while your account is active and as needed to operate the service, protect safety, resolve disputes, and comply with law. Some data may remain in backups for a limited time after deletion.
Videos you upload may be automatically deleted after 60 days to keep the platform fresh and manage storage. We may retain or preserve certain videos longer where needed for safety, legal, or compliance reasons.
6. Your Choices & Controls
You can manage certain settings in the app:
• Notification preferences and opt-outs where available.
• Profile and privacy settings for visibility.
• Mute, block, or report users and content.
• Advertising or consent settings where offered.
7. Safety & Moderation
We use automated tools and human review to keep Slyroze safe:
• Scanning and filtering content for harmful or prohibited material.
• Reviewing reports and flags to enforce our policies.
• Restricting features, suspending, or terminating accounts for violations or safety risks.
• Taking action to prevent evasion or repeat abuse.
• Sharing limited information when needed to address safety or legal issues.
Reports and enforcement actions may be logged for auditing, safety, and compliance.
8. Children
Slyroze is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. Contact us to remove information if a minor has used the service.
9. International Transfers
Information may be processed and stored in the United States and other countries. We take steps to protect data in accordance with applicable law.
10. Access & Deletion
• You can access and update certain account details in the app.
• To request data deletion for specific items or for your account, email support@slyroze.com
• We may retain limited records for safety, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
Partial deletion (content removal)
You may request removal of specific content you posted. Email us from the same address linked to your accountwith the details below and we will remove eligible items while protecting platform integrity. Contact us at support@slyroze.com with the following:
Include in your request:
• Your username and the email tied to the account.
• Direct links or descriptions of the posts or comments to remove.
Types of partial deletion we support: We typically honor these requests when reasonable:
• Removing specific posts, comments, or media you created.
• Removing specific direct messages when both parties consent or when legally required.
• Removing your profile photo or bio.
• Removing metadata that is not needed for safety, security, or compliance.
What we may keep: Even after removal, we may retain minimal data for safety and compliance:
• Audit logs of moderation actions and reports.
• Records needed to prevent fraud, abuse, or repeated violations.
• Data required by law, dispute resolution, or safety protections.
Retention for safety and legal: We may retain limited data after deletion to comply with law, prevent abuse, and maintain security for a period of up to 180 days unless a longer period is required for legal, safety, or compliance reasons.
Account deletion
You can delete your account directly in the app from the menu. If you can’t access the app, email support@slyroze.com from your account email to request deletion. We may retain minimal records for safety, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of Slyroze after changes means you accept the updated policy. We will note the effective date.

14. Payments & Identity Verification
If you purchase promotions or subscriptions, payment processing is handled by Apple or Google. We may receive purchase tokens/receipts and subscription status to validate access. If you use identity verification, a third‑party provider (for example, Stripe Identity) may collect ID documents and a selfie to verify your identity. We receive verification results and limited data needed for review, fraud prevention, and compliance.
15. Advertising & Analytics
If advertising is enabled, we may use ad identifiers and related data (for example, device identifiers and app interactions) to measure ad performance, prevent fraud, and provide relevant ads (for example via Google Mobile Ads/AdMob), subject to your device settings and consent choices where required.
16. Language & Translations
You can select a preferred app language. Translations are provided for convenience only and may not reflect legal terms in full; the English version controls.
