By accessing or using Slyroze, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Slyroze. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful in your location.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
To protect the platform, we may enforce limits on account creation and usage based on signals such as IP addresses and device identifiers. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that attempt to evade these protections.
Slyroze relies on third-party services to operate features like login, data storage, media hosting, search, content moderation, and (where enabled) advertising. These services may process information on our behalf to provide the platform. Key providers may include Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage), Cloudflare Stream (video hosting/streaming), Microsoft Azure (automated moderation), Google Mobile Ads / AdMob (advertising, if enabled), and Algolia (search, if enabled). Your use of Slyroze is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
Slyroze is a user-generated content platform. Users may post and share text, images, audio, videos (including reels), comments, reactions, messages, votes, predictions, and other materials ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for your User Content and any consequences of posting or sharing it.
Videos you upload may be automatically deleted after 60 days to keep the platform fresh and manage storage. We may retain or preserve certain videos longer where needed for safety, legal, or compliance reasons.
You agree not to post, share, message, or engage in:
• Illegal content or illegal activity
• Sexual exploitation, especially involving minors
• Threats, harassment, hate speech, or doxxing
• Non-consensual intimate imagery
• Malware, scams, fraud, or spamming
• IP infringement (copyright, trademarks) or impersonation
DMs are private by default. However, if reported, flagged, required for safety, or legally compelled, authorized administrators may review relevant messages and context to investigate and take action.
To help keep Slyroze safe, we may use a combination of user reports, human review, and automated tools to detect and limit harmful or prohibited content. This may include processing of user content (such as text, images, and video) using third-party moderation services (for example, Microsoft Azure) and our own systems. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts for violations, safety concerns, or legal compliance.
Predictions and voting features are for entertainment and social interaction. Slyroze does not offer gambling, betting, prizes, or regulated wagering services through these features. You must not use Slyroze to run illegal lotteries, betting pools, or prohibited promotions.
By posting User Content, you grant Slyroze a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting and display), distribute, and display that User Content solely to operate, improve, and promote the platform.
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts for violations, safety concerns, or legal compliance, with or without notice where permitted. We are not obligated to monitor all content, but we may do so.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slyroze is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.
Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Slyroze from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the platform, or your breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Slyroze after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Your profile full name must match your official documentation. If it does not, verification may be revoked. You must also use a clear, current photo of yourself for verification.
While verification is pending and after approval, your display name and username remain locked. To request a change once you have (or will have) a badge, contact support.
support@slyroze.comSome features may allow you to pay to promote your content. Promoted content is labeled (for example, “Promoted”). We may set eligibility rules, review or remove promotions that violate our policies, and limit or end promotions that are misleading, illegal, or unsafe.
Paid features (including promotions or verification subscriptions) are processed by Apple or Google. Prices, billing, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the app store’s policies. We may verify subscription status using purchase tokens or receipts. We do not control store billing outcomes, but will help investigate issues where possible.
If you choose verification, a third‑party provider may collect identity documents and selfies to confirm your identity. Verification is optional and not guaranteed. We may revoke verification for safety, fraud prevention, or policy violations.
